Holiday Chocolate Bark with Granola
8 oz Dark Chocolate, Chopped + 1 tsp vegi oil + 1/4 tsp Orange Extract
8 oz White Chocolate, Chopped + 1 tsp vegi oil + 1/4 tsp Orange Extract
1 cup Hammer & Tuffy's Pumpkin Patch Granola
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper then spray with oil.
Melt the Dark Chocolate and 1 tsp of vegi oil in a pan over low heat stirring constantly. The chocolate will melt quickly. When the chocolate is smooth stir in the orange extract. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan and smooth it with a spatula. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the Pumpkin granola on top of the chocolate and press it down very gently. Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Melt the White Chocolate and 1 tsp of vegi oil over low heat stirring constantly. When the chocolate is smooth stir in the orange extract. Pour the melted white chocolate over the top of the dark chocolate and granola that has been chilled. Smooth the white chocolate with a spatula so its even then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Pumpkin granola on top. Press down gently on the granola so it sets. Chill the pan again in the refrigerator for an hour.
Use the parchment paper to help remove the chocolate bark from the pan then set it on a cutting board. You can break the bark into pieces by hand or use a knife to help. This makes a beautiful and delicious dessert or gift!
