Granola Caramel Apple

2-3 cups of Hammer & Tuffy's Granola

5 Apples

1 11oz Bag of Caramel Bits or Candies

2 Tbs Water

Wash and dry the apples. Firmly insert a stick into the top of the apple. Pour Hammer & Tuffy's Granola into a shallow bowl.

Place caramel bits or candies in a medium saucepan and add the water. Cook caramel over medium/low heat until completely melted, stirring constantly. Dip or roll apples into melted caramel until coated. 

Roll the caramel coated apples through the granola. You may need to use your hand to help fully coat the apple. Place the apples onto oil sprayed wax paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
