Hammer & Tuffy's Granola has been in business now for over two years!  During this time we've had the great pleasure of getting to know many of you that visit us at store demo's and come to our Farmers Markets booths in Lake Oswego, Beaverton & the Hollywood District.  We also receive many, many great emails and facebook messages from our customers so we've decided to do something different and feature YOU since you, our customers, are why we love this business!

 "Hello! I just came across this picture a friend of mine snapped of me during a February trip to Colorado (I think I was trying to look serious or something). I grew up in Portland, OR and have a mother who is constantly sending local treats-most likely as a way to lure me back home from Providence, RI where I currently live as an artist and teacher.  Hammer and Tuffy's was the Valentines gift from my mother this year, which I brought to Boulder.  Our first day there, four of us (three coming from sea level) embarked on an hours long hike that left us all winded and loopy as we rose in elevation.  Hammer & Tuffy's got us through!! This photo was snapped as we stopped alongside the trail for a break and a (great) snack.  I just thought I'd let you know the story, the picture reminds me of a great day with great snacks!" Our all natural granola is hand roasted in small batches in our gluten free kitchen in Portland, Oregon.  We use only premium ingredients including gluten free oats from Bob's Red Mill, flax seed, natural coconut, slivered almonds and great fruit and nuts.  We sweeten with pure honey and organic maple syrup and the only oil we use is olive oil.  Hammer & Tuffy's NEVER contains any trans fats, cholesterol, preservatives or additives!

For us the fun is in making a natural granola that is great tasting and really good for you.
